Year 4 End of Year Show –James and the Giant Peach!

Our Year 4 pupils proudly performed their end-of-year show based on James and the Giant Peach, a story we thoroughly enjoyed reading and studying throughout the year.

To make it even more special, we added meaningful Islamic values and beautiful nasheeds, giving the performance a unique and inspiring twist. The children worked incredibly hard to learn their lines, songs, and actions, and their confidence and enthusiasm truly shone on the day.

Alḥamdulillāh, the performance was a huge success, and we couldn’t be prouder of every single pupil. May Allah reward them for their efforts, increase them in beneficial knowledge and confidence, and bless them with continued success, Āameen.

'Year 4 put a lot of time and effort into making this amazing play, and honestly it turned out excellent. Amanah and Manha (us) played the characters of James – who we turned into Jamila (Amanah) and aunt Spiker (Manha). We got to scold each other whilst acting. What a funny play!

PS, the insects were threatening to eat the parents! HA HA HA!!'–Amanah & Manha.
